Navigate to this path. Click on the Latest Release of the AZURE CLI(64-BIT) and install it on your computer.

Bring up the Command Prompt and type

az login

This will automatically open the browser and ask you to log into your Azure portal.

Once, you log in to it, automatically, it will navigate to a default page that mentions that you are connected to Azure

Test the connect :

To check the list of virtual machines (VMs) available in your Azure subscription, you can use the az vm list command in the Azure Command-Line Interface (CLI). Here's the basic syntax:

az vm list --resource-group <resource-group-name>

Replace <resource-group-name> with the name of the Azure resource group where your VMs are located. This command will list all VMs in the specified resource group.

If you want to list VMs across all resource groups in your subscription, you can omit the --resource-group parameter:

az vm list

Make sure you are logged in to your Azure account and have the Azure CLI installed and configured before using this command. You can also add additional parameters or filters to customize the output, such as using --output to specify the desired output format (e.g., --output table for a tabular format).
